David Levine, PhD, Diplomate ABPTS, CCRP, UC, adjunct associate professor at the University of Tennessee and North Carolina State University, College of Veterinary Medicine and board certified as a specialist in orthopedics by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties.

Course fee includes coffee breaks and dinner, shuttle hotel-clinic-hotel, detailed documents, a summit party with lots of fun as well as fairwell cocktails at the end of the course. All attendees will get a certificate of attendance from the University of Tennessee.

Cancellation rules

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. A cancellation fee of 300 Euros will be charged for cancellations received 8 weeks or more before the course starting date. After that, 50% of the course fee will be retained if the cancellation is received no less than 4 weeks before the course begins, and the entire course fee will be retained for any later cancellations. For cancellation of hotel reservations, the general business conditions of the hotel apply. The organizer reserves the right to make program, location and instructor changes and cannot be held liable for any potential damages resulting from such changes.
